You will feel empowered and motivated as your contribution will truly make a difference to the lives of everyday Victorians.Start Date: The commencement date is on Monday, 10th February 2025.
We are looking for Permanent Part-Time Consultants and presently offering 20 hours per week across 4 days, on a fixed rosterPaired with this schedule, you'll also have access to our FlexiRoster, providing additional flexibility and control over your shifts, making it easier to balance work and personal commitments.Our 6-week training program will set you up for success in the role providing you with a blended learning experience made up of classroom and on-the-job training (Note: training is operated from our Noble Park contact centre and you will be require to attend based upon a Mon-Fri, Full-time capacity for the first 3 weeks).We're looking for:Proven customer service and KPI experienceAbility to navigate through multiple computer systemKeen sense of direction and knowledge of Melbourne suburbsPassionate at building longstanding relationshipsIndividuals that enjoy working in a team environment with a good cultureEmployee Benefits:50% off Insurance policiesFree Roadside Assistance50% of the time work from the comfort of your own homeHardware supplied (A work Computer & Headset)Exclusive RACV Staff Discounts on Accommodation at all RACV ResortsFree secure onsite staff carparking + Free Fully Equipped Staff Gym + Barista café with canteen and hot food.
