Sovereignty of these lands was never ceded. About the Role This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, combining in-office and remote work flexibility.
As the Workplace Relations Client Coordinator, you will:
Act as a key communication link between internal team members and external stakeholders through the development and delivery of key workplace relations messages, collaborating closely with team leaders and communication officers.Ensure accurate and consistent messaging across workplace relations content and updates.Maintain high standards of data quality and oversee systems management to ensure accuracy and developing solutions to address any discrepancies.Monitor processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support system enhancements.Support and drive the project team coordination to ensure milestones are achieved on time, while effectively managing upwards to align priorities and provide progress updates.Prepare reports, correspondence, and materials to support workplace relations initiatives.Facilitate collaboration across teams and member organisations to drive alignment, knowledge sharing, and collective outcomes.About Us The Education and Care Workplace Relations Support Service, a joint initiative by Community Child Care Association (CCC) and Community Early Learning Australia (CELA), provides essential workplace relations guidance to not-for-profit and small providers of education and care services across Australia.
About You Degree in Workplace Relations, Business (Industrial Relations focus), or a related field.Minimum 4 years of experience in workplace relations or a similar role.Experience in managing call centres or support services is advantageous.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Collaborative mindset and proactive problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with workplace relations legislation and compliance.Why Join Us?
