Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state's emergency services agencies.
It provides Victoria's 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES.
This integration of emergency services communications within Triple Zero Victoria is unique in Australia and rare worldwide.

About the Role The Business Architect is a key and active participant of the Next Gen CAD team.
The goal of the function is to interpret and contextualise business needs to support the IT enablement process within the development of Next Gen CAD platform, ensuring that business and tech remain in step.
The role will create clear linkages across the workstreams to enable successful delivery of the project.
Working with the Strategic Delivery Partner, the main purpose of the role is to support the transformation through the development of requirements, capability roadmaps and systems analysis interpreting the business and operational vision to ensure it is synergised with the technical delivery of the Next Gen CAD implementation.
Day to day responsibilities include: Drives and facilitates communication across the project team to capture required business capabilities and objectives.Provides strategic advice and recommendations to the Operational and Technical workstreams to support solutions that align to project objectives.Develop a Capability framework, with the Strategic Delivery Partner (SDP), that will consider Target State Capability and a future CAD capability pathway beyond the project.Works closely with the Project Data Architect, Solution Architect and Integration Architect to ensure alignment between business needs and product development.Leading key stakeholders to redesign services to achieve better experiences for Emergency Communications Services (ECS) staff and the community services.About You The Business Architect will have the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations requiring self-driven change and leadership to support the delivery of strategic outcomes and have the following skills and attributes:
Demonstrated experience in business service design and process change/improvement.People leadership skills aligned to coaching and supporting managers in service and process change.Ability to interpret corporate, business and emergency sector strategies and translate these to best practices and requirements.Strong ability to listen, learn and adapt communications to individual stakeholders and the team.A Diploma/Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Systems, or related discipline.What We Can Offer You You will be supporting a critical service to the Victorian community and will be rewarded with a competitive salary, flexible working arrangements and employee benefits including:
