Job Description We are seeking a driven sales leader to spearhead NCS Australia's growth in Canberra, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue and profit targets.
As part of our Markets team, you'll collaborate with Sales, Capabilities, and Delivery teams to build strong client relationships and promote the NCS brand in the Australian market.
You'll have full autonomy over your patch, allowing you to influence offerings and make a genuine impact.
In this role, you will develop strategies to grow our client base and drive market presence, particularly within the federal government space.
You'll manage key accounts, create value propositions, and craft innovative solutions that align with our clients' strategic goals and deliver profitable outcomes.
A strong understanding of federal government sectors, including intelligence, law enforcement, and trade, will be advantageous.

Qualifications Extensive business development and sales experience in a systems integrator and/or technology consultancyProven track record of identifying opportunities and growing new businessA strong network of federal government contacts and the ability to drive complex bids, including responding to RFI's and RFP'sStrong communication skills with the ability to build rapport across various levelsA consultative approach with the ability to have value-led conversationsExceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, driven by sales successA deep knowledge of system integration technologies, including new and emerging techStrategic mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture and adapt to shifting demandsWork Rights and Background Checks: To be eligible for a position with us, applicants will need to have valid work rights for Australia and be willing to undergo a comprehensive background checking process, including probity and police checks.
