You will be responsible for ensuring that port and lease agreements for customers and other commercial aspects are undertaken and managed to enable Pilbara Ports to meet its commercial obligations.About YouThis role will suit you if you enjoy diversity, seek out opportunities for growth, and connect with Pilbara Ports' values of Safety, Excellence, Teamwork, Integrity and Care.
Having experience in the management and interpretation of commercial leases or agreements in an industrial setting will contribute to your success in the role.
Your demonstrated experience in the negotiations, management, and interpretation of construction, lease and license contracts in an industrial and/or construction setting will also be beneficial, as well as a clear understanding of strategic planning, customer relationship management, cost and market analysis.
You should be a team player who enjoys helping others achieve organisational outcomes.
