The Role
Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury, with our three established hotel brands Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade offering unique experiences for all guests.

As a Night Auditor , you will perform the end of day functions for the Front Office and account for daily activity by organising and verifying information, identifying and correcting discrepancies, posting accounts, running and distributing daily reports.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager / Night Manager, you will deliver a quality customer service experience through check-in, check-out, foreign exchange, assisting with inquiries, clerical duties, and concierge related services to guests and patrons.

About you
You'll bring the following:
Ability to commit to a 7 day overnight rotating roster between the hours of 10:45pm – 7:15am Hotel operations experience in a frontline role within a superior hotel Basic understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA) Knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office suite of products Additional Information This role requires:
