Confluence Water, a Ventia, Downer and Jacobs Joint Venture, is one of three Regional Delivery Partnerships providing services for Sydney Water.
We work hard to ensure that Sydney Water keeps running for people who live in the North Region of Sydney - rain, hail or shine.
We are responsible for the delivery of an unprecedented pipeline of capital works over the next 10 years.
Confluence Water delivers design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services which stretches from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River and includes the Hills Shire.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Superintendent to join our progressive Consortia on a full-time permanent basis.
You will report directly to the Program lead and oversee the entire electrical cohort including Supervisors, leading hands, tradespeople as well as apprentices.
You will support the project managers in delivering all works with safety and a culture of care at the forefront.
ABOUT YOUExperience in managing and coordinating electrical trades and supervision resources across a portfolio to meet project demands.Extensive construction, commissioning, and personnel management experience.Demonstrated experience in providing valuable constructability input into pre-contracts phase.Experience in managing budgets and providing input to PM in project forecasts for electrical discipline.Experience in major projects and multiple projects is essential.Ability to resource/manage a large self-perform team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Self-starter with an innovative and proactive mindset.Demonstrated HSEQ leadership.Proficient in Microsoft suite of applications.Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships at all levels.WHAT WE OFFERSuite of benefits including health and wellness initiatives.Personalised career growth working with an industry leader.Competitive remuneration with ongoing training and support.Opportunity to work within a secure long-term leading JV project.Safety-focused culture working within an essential service industry.As an employer who acknowledges and embraces the importance of our people's diverse experiences, talents and cultures, we encourage applications from people of all ages and backgrounds to join our inclusive workforce.
