If this describes you, we would love to invite you to join usPosition : Sales ConsultantAs a Sales Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our client's journey.
With your expertise in residential sales, you will play a pivotal role in fostering trust and driving success, working across Castle Hill and Woolooware Shores.Key Responsibilities :Engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and presenting tailored solutions.Managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation.Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and referrals.Ensuring that Retirement Living Resales Occupancy targets are met.Effective communication with the local population by networking with retirees and conducting local regional presentations and participating in local events and open days.Ensuring effective development and management of the Priority Register.Ensuring that all new contracts are accurate and executed in a timely manner.Maintaining the SLS database with accurate and complete records of all enquiries.Contributing to client satisfaction through the provision of accurate information when handling customer enquiries and sales interviews, and through responding to all enquiries within 24 hours.Contributing to the delivery of the sales budget for new Retirement Living units or Resales with Village management by organising and managing sales activities that deliver the required outcomes.Producing a sales strategy plan by site each financial year.Key Skills and Experience Required :Strong and demonstrable sales experience.Well-developed stakeholder management skills and strong collaboration experience.
Highly commercially astute.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as knowledge of databases.Benefits :Excellent remuneration package and company benefits, including NFP salary packaging benefits - reducing your taxable income by $15,900 plus an additional $2,650 for salary packaging accommodation, meals and entertainment.
