About You : We are seeking a Lead/Principal Engineer to join our highly technical teams.
The emphasis is that you will be technically hands-on developing and architecting solutions, whilst contributing to the advancement of our code base and brand new products.

You will play a key part in mentoring junior members of the team and sharing your wealth of knowledge with them.
As a technical leader and expert in your craft, you will provide advice for the development and architecture queries of the team.
Our Development Team: Our Senior Engineers are highly technical experts in their specific product or technical area.
We work in a flat, open environment, giving you the freedom and tools to do meaningful, career-defining work.
Working in a continuous delivery and automated deployment environment, we ship 3500 upgrades a week.
We practice Test Driven Development and place quality at the core of our engineering practice.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and maintain critical backend infrastructure components to ensure platform stability and performance.
Ensure high-performance database management and backup and restore processes.
Contribute to web upgrade performance enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve backend infrastructure issues.
Utilize technologies such as C#, SQL, GoLang, and PowerShell Script for backend enhancements.
Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Lead the architecture and implementation of new features and services.
Our Development Teams (can be varied) As a member of the team, developers facilitate design sessions, propose solutions, ensuring alignment with architecture goals.

Their continuous involvement in design and optimization efforts maintains reliability, security, and performance.
The team focuses on various critical areas including SQL login/user management, application security, application packaging and delivery, breaking up the monolithic application, and advanced Microsoft SQL Server topics.
