Why We Need You
We're looking for a strategic, relationship-driven sales leader to champion Z Software's growth and build impactful partnerships in the pharmacy sector.
As a Business Development & Partnerships Executive, you'll drive our expansion across Australia by leading the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and ensuring seamless onboarding.
This is a high-impact role focused on building strong relationships with corporate pharmacy groups and healthcare networks.
Your insights and client feedback will play a key role in shaping our product roadmap to meet the evolving needs of our industry.
What You'll Do
Exceed Sales Targets: Drive growth by achieving ambitious sales goals for SaaS licenses and professional services, focusing on high-value accounts and corporate partnerships.
Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture long-term, multi-level relationships with corporate pharmacy groups and healthcare organisations to drive engagement and client satisfaction.
Lead Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities, contribute to our go-to-market strategy, and work closely with the leadership team to define sales approaches that align with our growth objectives.
Engage with Industry: Represent Z Software at key industry events and forums, expanding our presence and influence within the healthcare technology community.
Collaborate on Business Strategy: Partner with marketing and product teams to develop tailored outreach, generate leads, and create proactive strategies for client engagement.
Ensure Seamless Handover: Coordinate with the implementation team to guarantee a smooth transition from sales to onboarding, ensuring a high-quality client experience.
What You'll Bring
7+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of managing large accounts, corporate relationships, or partnerships, ideally within healthcare, pharmacy, or tech.
Solution-Selling Expertise: Strong experience in consultative, solution-based sales with a history of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Healthcare Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare ecosystem, particularly within pharmacy and healthcare technology.
Exceptional Relationship Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to engage at multiple levels within client organisations and cultivate long-term partnerships.
Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to move prospects quickly through the sales funnel and close deals.
Technical Insight: Experience with SaaS, POS, or dispensing technology, including knowledge of payment integrations, is advantageous.
