Metro South Palliative Care Service (MSPCS) are looking for a Clinical Nurse Consultant – Digital Health Metro South Palliative Care Service to join their team.
The purpose of this role is to act as a clinical reference point for MSPCS regarding digital health and clinical informatics and associated business intelligence related matters.

About the Role
Responsible for the content expertise for Specialist Palliative Care Digital Health and Clinical Informatics specialty to provide the highest standards of safe quality care and clinical nursing practice to meet the requirements for person-centred care.
Demonstrate critical thinking and reasoning, advanced problem-solving skills and expert clinical judgement in the provision of contemporary nursing practice.
Provide expert person-centred practice in the provision of direct and indirect patient care across the care continuum.
