Founded in 2018, Worx Equipment Pty Ltd ('Worx') supplies rental earthmoving equipment and specialised maintenance services throughout Australia.
We have an opportunity to join our rapidly growing business, working on our own rental fleet as well as our client's fleet, across Mining and Civil Construction sectors completing preventative maintenance, scheduled servicing, component change outs, repairs & breakdown diagnostic support.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOUVery competitive rates + super on all hours worked + bonuses + salary sacrifice benefits programOur workshop is located in Welshpool, Monday-Friday roster working a minimum 8 hour day and regular over-timeTraining & career progression in leadership or trade up-skillsWorking on Worx rental fleet and client fleetsPerm & casual opportunities availablePersonal and relatable leadership team who recognise and reward highly-skilled people that contribute to the success of the businessImmediate start or casual available working directly for Worx EquipmentMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSTrade qualified as Heavy-Duty Diesel MechanicCAT and Hitachi experience preferredStrong attention to detail and quality workmanshipStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to work safelyDiagnostic fault finding on mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and air systemsGood time management and work prioritisation skillsAbility to work in a teamAbility to pass a pre-employment medical.Complete scheduled repairs including component change-outs and preventative maintenancePerform inspections to assess and scope defects accurately and in a timely mannerComplete tasks efficiently, use initiative and seek opportunities to improve practices and reduce costs for Worx and/or our clientsWork and communicate effectively with other team members to prioritise tasks and achieve deadlines.Worx Equipment is an equal opportunity employer and strongly encourage female and indigenous candidates to apply.
