In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die strategische Weiterentwicklung eines innovativen Produktportfolios und agieren an der Schnittstelle zwischen Markt, Technologie und Unternehmensstrategie.Aufgaben: Analyse von Markttrends, Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten sowie Einschätzung von Chancen und Risiken Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer klaren Produktstrategie inklusive mittel- und langfristiger Roadmaps Verantwortung für Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen, Business Cases und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für neue Produkte und Erweiterungen Steuerung des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus – von der Idee über die Markteinführung bis zur Produktabkündigung Enge Abstimmung mit allen beteiligten Abteilungen Beobachtung technologischer Entwicklungen und Initiierung von Innovationsprojekten Definition und Analyse relevanter Leistungskennzahlen sowie Ableitung strategischer Maßnahmen Vertretung des Unternehmens gegenüber Partner*innen, Kund*innen und Branchenvertreter*innen Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Universität) Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung idealerweise im Produktmanagement Erfahrung in den Bereichen Logistik, E-Commerce und/oder Automatisierung von Vorteil Verständnis für Marktmechanismen, Innovationen und technologische Trends Kommunikationsstarke, überzeugende Persönlichkeit mit Präsentationssicherheit in Deutsch und Englisch Erfahrung im interdisziplinären Projektmanagement sowie in der Steuerung komplexer Produktstrukturen Verantwortungsvolle Schlüsselrolle in einem international erfolgreichen Technologieumfeld Gestaltungsspielraum und aktive Mitwirkung an der Produktstrategie Moderne Unternehmenskultur mit Fokus auf Innovation und Zusammenarbeit Attraktives Vergütungspaket und langfristige Entwicklungsperspektive JBRP2_AT
