Your Role You are organizing tender documents independently You are facilitating clear and consistent communication and coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders You are analyzing cost calculations and handling customer price bid files with accuracy You are following up on tender feedback to support continuous improvement You are reporting key metrics and maintaining accurate records throughout the process Your Profile You already gained at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the packaging industry You collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and work independently with a strong sense of ownership You have a sharp analytical mindset and confidently handle large data sets with precision and attention to detail You are proficient in MS Excel (including Macros, PivotTables, etc.) and Power BI, using these tools to turn data into insights You communicate fluently in written and spoken English and German (C1+), additional languages are an advantage Our Offer Join our dedicated team of passionate colleagues who like to get things done We offer you a workplace in a stable, international company with long-term growth path.
