In dieser Position bist du der zentrale Ansprechpartner für die Produktentwicklung.

  • Gemeinsam mit den Stakeholdern erhebst und analysierst du Anforderungen, priorisierst diese und formulierst User Stories.
  • Du spezifizierst Features und koordinierst neue Produkt-Einführungen bis hin zum Go-To-Market.
  • Dabei arbeitest du eng mit internationalen Softwareentwicklern, internen Fachbereichen, Systemarchitekten und UX-Designern zusammen.
  • Agile Methoden wie SCRUM und die Nutzung von Tools wie Jira und Confluence sind Teil deines Alltags.
Du bietest
  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung sowie Erfahrung als Product Owner oder Produktmanager.
  • Dein Wissen im Projektmanagement und dein Verständnis für industrielle Prozesse sind ausgeprägt.
  • Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrungen aus den Bereichen Produktion oder Logistik mit und hast Softwarekenntnisse in Technologien wie React.
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist lösungsorientiert, kommunikativ und du agierst eigenständig.
  • Zudem verfügst du über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und bringst Reisebereitschaft von etwa 10% mit.
