A dynamic Digital Design Devotee with:

- A **university degree **in fields like **Electronics Engineering **, **Computer Science **, or related disciplines
- A proven track of managing **Digital Design teams **and excelling in the role of a **Technical Design Lead**:

- Expertise in **Digital R2G Flow **is essential
- Bolster our efforts with **design methodology development **experience
- Command a diverse skill set, including **team building **, **strategic planning **, **personnel growth **, and **conflict resolution**:

- **Fluent English skills **. Fluency in German as a working language is highly advantageous
