**Your tasks**:

- Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Projekten von der Prozessentwicklung bis zur Kommerzialisierung des Produktes
- Schnittstellenfunktion für das Werk Graz und zwischen Auftraggebern, Entwicklungseinheiten, Business & Market Units, anderen Fresenius Kabi Werken sowie Dienstleistern und Lieferanten
- Steuerung und Optimierung der Projektdurchführung bzw. Projektlösung sowie damit verbundenen Prozessen innerhalb dem Werk Graz und anderen involvierten Fresenius Kabi Einheiten
- Organisation und Moderation von Meetings (Kick-Off, Telefon
- und Videokonferenzen, Kundenbesuche, Projektmeetings)
- Angebotserstellung und -revision, Projektplanung (Kosten, Termine, Inhalte)
- Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei Produktkalkulation, Risikoanalysen, Vertragserstellung
- Verantwortlich für Project Controlling und Project Reporting
- Change Management
- Kommunikationsmanagement
- Projektmarketing

**Our expectations**:

- Abgeschlossene naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung (Universität, FH)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung von pharmazeutischen Produktionsprozessen und im Projektmanagement von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
- Proaktive, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Konfliktfähigkeit, Engagement und starke Teamorientierung
- Flexibilität und Mobilität (Auslandsdienstreisen)
