As a Senior Product Manager, you will contribute to the vision of our digital products by actively shaping our personalized messaging platform and services. In this cross-functional role, you will develop, maintain, and improve the way consumers are individually guided through our ecosystem and where they feel in control. Additionally, you will build capabilities to keep consumers in the loop about important, relevant and timely updates happening in their Running & Training communities. **You’ll contribute by**: - Empowering our product and messaging operations teams to engage consumers through best in class personalized messaging experiences - Collaborating closely with vendors, various internal teams (e.g. Product, Marketing, Product Design, Research, Engineering) as well as adidas peers - Gathering user feedback as well as analyzing and understanding data to derive meaningful actions in order to reach our business goals while serving our consumers - Managing digital product development using the Scrum agile method - Effectively setting priorities and managing the backlog, as well as planning resources accordingly **What makes you the right match**: - 4+ years of professional experience in consumer-facing digital product management in an agile environment - Preferably, a degree in Computer Science, Media Technology or a related field - Experience with Customer Engagement Platforms (SAP Emarsys, Braze, Leanplum or similar) - Analytical mindset with a strong focus on creative problem-solving - Outstanding communication, coordination as well as organizational skills - Excellent English skills **About Runtastic**: - Brand new offices with plenty of space for creativity and informal meetings - Working café, terrace, and a play zone with table soccer for the well-deserved breaks - Ongoing company parties and sponsored team events - Quarterly "days of new ideas" (DONI) to try out new concepts & work with a variety of team members - Holistic health package including subsidized massages, free psychological support, and health screenings - Free fitness activities like running and yoga, free gym access, as well as a calisthenics park on the rooftop terrace in Linz - Budget for participating in sports events - Fresh fruit and vegetables, healthy snacks, ice cream, and beverages all day long - All-team breakfast, provided by the company, every 2 weeks - Visa sponsorship (incl. assistance from our in-house experts) and relocation package Nationalities **41** Number of employees **280** Proud part of And here’s the fine print: Our salary range starts at EUR 49,000 gross per year.
