BI Solutions Senior Product Manager

Main duties and responsibilities
- Lead the definition of the Sprint planning: Sprint backlog definition and translation of business requirements into actionable tickets
- Propose roadmap planning and content for review to Senior Management and Executive committee members
- Transform the roadmap into a plan (iterations, months...) and coordinate other Data UoV Streams (Data Transport, DWH, BI solutons) to ensure the delivery
- Define the BI solutions long term vision (scope, platform of choices, training program) and lead the activation with Product Managers
- Empower the team to deliver at their peak by managing the relationship with technical senior Stakeholders (DevLEad, other PMs, Infrastructure & Operation Managers)
- Partner closely with peers across the organization to ensure we are delivering products that WOW both our internal teams and our end customers
- Contribute to the Data Governance policies

Background and Education
- Education and Experience
- BS degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years in product management or consulting in the data world with extensive hands on experience across multiple BI platforms, databases and reporting technologies including but not limited to:

- Enterprise Databases, ETL, DWH
- Data Analytics and Business reporting
- BI Reporting tools: MicroStrategy and Tableau preferred
- Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modelling / mapping, methodology development and data modelling
- Experience working as a Product Owner in Agile (SCRUM) software development environment
- Experience in managing or activating Data governance policies is a plus
- Ability to connect directly with Business counterparts (commercial, Finance, other product functions) to understand and formalize their needs

- Excellent command of English with ability to efficiently interface with stakeholders across the company
- Experience in working with dislocated teams in a global, multicultural environment
- Experience in handling demanding stakeholders from different technical/business areas and tight timelines
- You have sharp attention to details and a well-structured working style
- You have a strong curiosity to find out how products and systems work and are inquisitive and proactive
- You have a strong curiosity to connect the data ecosystem to the business reality to identify optimal way for your work to support business partner work
