**Your position**

As a Senior Business Intelligence Architect, you will contribute to shaping our digital future. You focus on designing and leading the development of our data and business intelligence architecture - supporting both our current diverse system landscape and our future standardized environment built on SAP and Databricks. This role involves analyzing complex requirements, communicating effectively across multicultural teams, and making pragmatic, cost-conscious architectural decisions.

**Your tasks**
- Design and develop enterprise-scale data pipelines and integration frameworks (batch & real-time, full loads, delta updates, CRUD processes, etc.) that ingest SAP S/4HANA with diverse source systems to deliver high-quality, enterprise-grade data models across the organization
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, actionable, and cost-effective solution designs
- Build hands-on prototypes or technical mockups to validate solution concepts and define concrete implementation steps for the team
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and global tech teams to ensure transparent communication and alignment across regions and functions
- Promote architectural consistency, governance, and compliance with enterprise standards

- Databricks (Spark SQL, Python)
- Microsoft BI Stack (PowerBI, SQL)
- SAP BI tools (Datasphere, SAC) & SAP S/4HANA
- Azure DevOps & Azure PaaS cloud services

**Your profile**
- Collaborative, pragmatic, analytical, with a hands -on approach
- High degree of ownership and accountability to gain information and deliver results
- Several years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence or data architecture, with proven success in large-scale global implementations
- Deep expertise in SAP data integration and batch/real-time pipeline design
- Experienced in guiding data engineers and ensuring architectural quality through lateral leadership
- Familiarity with agile frameworks and enterprise governance practices

**Languages**:English - fluent

The annual gross salary for this full-time position starts at €75,000.00, with a competitive package based on qualifications, experience, and market values.
