Overall IT experience : 8+ years
- Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent.
- 6-8 years of working experience in Pega
- Certified Lead system architect an at least 3 implementation experience in Large pega projects
- Proficient in Pega Smart investigate (version 8.x) with knowledge in both functional and technical aspects
- Should have done at least 2 implementations of Pega with Smart investigate integration
- Implementation knowledge in banking domain project especially Payment messaging (SWIFT / ISO)
- Should be able to lead a technical team of 8-10 people.
- Should be able to engage in discussion with customer and provide technical guidance.
- Assess your current and target architecture needs, define, design and deliver a Pega technical architected solution using Pega’s industry leading technology
- Provide thought-leadership to clients across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements.
- Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commits to Customer Success (realization of business benefit)
- Ensures delivered work meets technical, functional, performance and business requirements as well as best practices as defined by the team/organization/industry.
- Well versed with large scale Pega systems processes and methods.
- Practical knowledge on Integrations [REST, SOAP, HTTP] & Data Interactions [Connecting with DB on different server].
- Strong in Data Flow [Batch and Single Case], Data Set, Case Management, Sub-cases, UI, Process Flows, Caching, Rule Resolution and Activities.
