**Head of Digital Programs (M/F)**
**YOUR TASKS**:
- Lead the implementation of the digital transformation strategy and make sure the transition to IT and Systems Support is smooth and efficient
- Set priorities and coordinate resources and efforts (required to analyzed needs, to scount and recommend technical solutions, to implement, test and go live
- Cooperate closely with the other technology departments to make sure the technology landscape serves the core business
- Make sure that resources are properly allocated and deliver efficiency across all duties
- Assess the company’s status continuously and give recommendations on how to maximize productivity and reduce costs
- Analyze the needs of the users in each company department and make recommendations on proper technologies
- Manage vendors and partners
- Train users on proper use of the functions of the solution (incl. manuals and guidelines)
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field is needed
- Minimum of 7-10 years experience in technical project/program management (with background in IT, Telecoms, Digital Payments, or similar as well as demonstrated experience in digital transformation projects)
- Hands-on professional with a can-do attitude
- Knowledge of the latest technology trends and a true passion for innovation
- who leads by example and gets involved at all levels as necessary.
- Great communication and analytical skills (Digital Solutions, Project planning and execution, Project financial reporting)
- Great command of German and English, any other language is a plus
