Als Mitarbeiter:in in der Versandabteilung sind Sie für die logistische Planung und Durchführung unserer Transporte in Österreich und CEE (Central and Eastern Europe) verantwortlich.

**Ihre Kernaufgaben**:

- Eigenverantwortliche Transportsteuerung und Terminüberwachung
- Organisation von Express
- und Sonderfahrten
- Einholen von Transportkostenangeboten und Durchführung von Präferenzkalkulationen
- Rechnungsprüfung und -freigabe
- Erstellung aller notwendigen Transport
- und Zolldokumente
- Dokumentation der Versandvorgänge in SAP
- Enge Abstimmung mit den Abteilungen Verkauf und Lager
- Administrative Aufgaben und Berichtswesen
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der internen Prozesse

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Lehre als Speditionskaufmann, -frau oder Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- MS Office Anwendungskenntnisse, Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit SAP von Vorteil
- Kommunikative und kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit mit strukturiertem und selbständigem Handeln
- Teamplayer mit abteilungsübergreifendem Engagement sowie Hands on Mentalität
