**Your responsibilities at waterdrop®**:

- Conceptualisation, setup and management of programmatic campaigns (including display, mobile, video)
- Responsibility for attractive media budgets, including control, planning, reporting and outlook
- Proactive daily control of predefined KPIs
- Creation of reports and analyses as well as independent derivation & implementation of optimisation measures
- Process optimisation and further development of the daily workflow through continuous questioning and use of simple automations
- Development and implementation of a testing roadmap for the continuous improvement of partner selection, setup, targeting, bidding, creatives, etc.
- Internal know-how transfer with regard to Programmatic Advertising

**Strengths & required qualifications**:

- You have comprehensive knowledge of all online marketing channels and their interrelationships/ interactions as well as their basic functionality
- Your are a certified Google Ads user and bring extensive experience in handling campaign tools
- You can demonstrate appropriate knowledge in targeting and bidding via DSPs
- You bring a deep, cross-channel understanding of the customer journey, buying cycles, audiences and targeting
