**Our business**

**Your role**:

- In this interactive role you act as power user for our internal rail tracking system and take care for its ongoing technical development
- Consequently you are responsible for data quality control as well as for related KPI definition and the corresponding reporting
- Another interesting aspect of this job is the monitoring and optimizing of the rail tank car fleet in a way which guarantees support for high refinery utilization, while focusing on minimization of related rental costs at the same time
- Developing and improving rental/freight reporting, minimizing manual effort of data extraction and handling is part of our journey to an even more digital way of working
- Project management for logistics-related projects with focus on rail transportation and fleet keeps you up to date with the rapidly changing requirements of our business
- Acting as interface you manage and negotiate with the internal and external stakeholders related to rail tank car fleet
- Ship and rail freight/rental contract management, cost management and invoice verification rounds up your role

**Your profile**:

- You hold an university degree (master/diploma) in economics or any technical discipline with at least 3 years relevant work experience
- Not only known for your IT skills but also for your curiosity in the developments involved, you are always keen to challenge the status quo of digital and technical processes
- You command good analytical skills and basic knowledge of accounting and controlling
- You are characterized by excellent communication skills in German and English as well as a strong drive with ability to self-organize
- Basic understanding of project management and understanding of logistics would be of advantage
