Join us as and be part of a colorful pack of high performers as we redefine the snacking culture globally and illuminate how food can nourish the whole person and the whole society. **YOUR TASKS**: - In this role, you'll support and work in all phases of the value chain, from initial planning and budgeting of raw materials, to scheduling their arrival and need in production until small and large-scale contract negotiations and reporting to the management - You'll ensure that all production can be executed and delivered smoothly, efficiently, safely, on time and within budget with your material planning and organization - You will take responsibility in building up strong supplier and reliable supplier networks as well as a pool of duplicate suppliers to ensure 24/7 production reliability - You will support the company in identifying opportunities to increase efficiency in the supply chain - Communicating and collaborating closely with Sales, Production and Management of SANY **YOUR SKILLS & TALENTS**: Completed bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management or a related practical knowledge of supply chain processes and principles - Analytical skills to evaluate and improve supply chain processes - Basic knowledge of the use of software and tools for supply chain management - Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks - Experience in Oracle Netsuite is an advantage - Experience in purchasing and material planning - close coordination with warehouse and production management - Supplier know-how in food and snacks is an advantage - Organisational talent, the ability to keep cool under time pressure, an affinity for numbers, as well as mental and time flexibility instead of "9 to 5 thinking" - Emotional intelligence, accuracy, personal integrity, professional appearance and discretion are mandatory **WHAT WE OFFER YOU**: - CULTURAL, TEAM AND TASK DIVERSITY - FAST PERSONAL AND CAREER GROWTH - FLAT HIERARCHY AND 100% FAMILY BUSINESS - OWNED AND - RUN - BUILDING A GLOBAL GROUP WITH STRONG LOCAL FOCUS - GLOBAL TRAVEL: TRADE SHOWS AND BUSINESS MEETINGS FROM DAY 1
