Agropur is seeking a Project Manager - Supply Chain Transformation to join its team in St-Hubert.

The Project Manager Supply Chain Transformation leads cross-functional initiatives aimed at modernizing and optimizing supply chain operations: overseeing budgets, schedules, resources and deliverables for those projects. This position is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution and completion of projects while ensuring they remain aligned with the business needs, strategy, and remain within scope. The Project Manager Supply Chain Transformation ensures that the project adds value to the business by prioritizing projects and communicating to the
relevant stakeholders, including oversight committees and the Value Realisation Office (VRO).

- Salary range 006: $95,900 to $119,900 _(Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills relevant to the position.)_

**What’s involved in this role**:
**The Project Manager - Supply Chain Transformation has the following key responsibilities:
** - Provide support and expertise in executing business integration, divestiture activities and/or strategic priorities directly linked to the organizational Master Plan.

- Lead multidisciplinary and multisite project teams composed of employees, consultants, and external suppliers in support of multiple simultaneous projects and initiatives.

- Establish and maintain project plans for multiple projects and report on status relative to the project baseline (financials, resources, deliverables, etc.) throughout the project lifecycle.

- Work directly with executives to document planned changes, analyze interdepartmental dependencies, and consolidate into a single change management plan.

- Ensure change communication is effective, tailored, and consistent.

- Responsible for forecasting and planning capacity and resources for future projects.

- Committed to ensuring a high level of stakeholder satisfaction through timely and effective communication and proactive support.

- Create and promote a positive work environment where people collaborate, share a collective sense of responsibility, and are recognized for their success.

- In conjunction with the finance team, complete and analyze cost benefit analyses to support decisions.

- Work closely and collaboratively with the VRO (Value Realization Office), ensuring standard review and approval processes and criteria are met/maintained.

- Support governance of Master Plan projects, including standard processes that are driven by a continuous improvement mindset.

- Demonstrate the ability to think structurally, view issues from multiple perspectives, be an excellent team player, influence colleagues at all levels of the organization, actively contribute to task completion, and work under tight deadlines.

**What You Need to Join Our Team**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or another relevant field.

- PMP certification (an asset).

- 7-10 years of project management experience.

- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry with exposure to a logistics environment (an asset).

- Experience in change management, leading transitions and implementations.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English. (English is required to collaborate with colleagues in other Canadian provinces.)
