Overview:
We are looking to appoint a Project Manager (PM) to support the Project Management Office (PMO) team in the proposal support and the implementation of our solutions. Our PMs are responsible to lead medium to large scale digital transformation projects for large capital clients on a global basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take overall responsibility to define, plan, control and deliver projects, to achieve business benefits according to agreed quality, timelines, scope and budget
- Identify project objectives, drive and communicate decision to meet stakeholder’s expectations
- Define project roles and responsibilities
- Manage stakeholders and change to put plans in place for successful project implementation
- Promote customer relationship
- Organize and ensure proper communication
- Planning and control - systematic tracking in terms of scope, timing, costs and risks
- Provide project reporting and support project administration
- Create actual cost vs. budget vs. earned value based financial reports and analysis
- Maintain risk and issue Logs. Escalate key issues as required so they are appropriately addressed.
- Translate issues into action items and work plan activities
- Proactively manage escalations through to resolution
- Work as a crucial component of a project team responsible for identifying areas of improvement and enhancing existing systems or developing new systems
Identify further opportunities for cost savings as extensions of existing tasks/ projects or new tasks/ projects

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- IPMA, PMI, or Prince 2 certification
- Profound knowledge of the ISO 21500ff family (Project/ Program / Portfolio Mgt)
- 5+ years’ experience in a Project Management; profound and proved project history
- Owner/Operator, Shipbuilding or EPC domain expertise and relationships in key markets and industries. Specific Oil & Gas business experience will be an advantage
- Implementation and use of enterprise-class IT solutions like EDM, PLM, DMS and/or CMM systems
- Technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software solutions implementation, IT Infrastructure, networking and operations
- Experience in process consulting and process improvement
- Strong collaboration skills are required to engage globally disperse multi-disciplinary virtual teams
- Good negotiation and influencing skills
- Experience working with teams from culturally diverse backgrounds and in a virtual environment
- Excellent writing and communication skills; ability to present and manage successful meetings for key stakeholders which may include senior management
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure, think on your feet and willing to work flexible hours
- Ability to identify problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis
- Available to frequent travels at client’s site
- Fluent in English, other European languages advantageous
- Experience using project management software, such as MS Project, Primavera P6 or equivalent
- Competent using standard business and communications software, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint, Exchange, O365, Skype
