Financial Analyst (M/F/d)- Located in Vienna, Austria, the - **VAMED Group **is an internationally leading company in the field of Health Care. According to our philosophy "everything from one source", we constantly develop new and innovative strategies to ensure our market leadership.**Your challenge**: **In this challenging position you are responsible within a small team for financial models and calculations for our international health care projects. In this context the following task arise**: - Preparation of business plans and in this case financial models, financial analysis and investment analysis for private hospitals and PPP-projects - Preparation of internal calculations for Board approval of the projects as well as any other financial projections, profitability analysis, scenario calculations, etc - Analysis of tax and legal framework for project (in co-operations with Project Manager, Legal and external consultants) - Interface with project controllers, engineers, legal department and external consultants - Support of the Project Managers in financial matters - Analysis of project risks & investment risks for VAMED - Interfacing between internal teams and business units - Liaising with clients / partners on projects (where required) **Your profile**: - Degree in Business or Finance (University of Economics and Business, University of Applied sciences, or similar education) Strong knowledge of finance, especially financial modelling and investment analysis skills A Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is desirable Healthcare market knowledge would be an advantage First experience in project management would be an advantage Excellent language skills in English, other languages are beneficial - High degree of analytical skills, accurate, structured and self-dependent working methods Strong organizational skills and good attention to detail Assertiveness and communicative personality Willingness to travel abroad (10 - 20 %) - Every day, we take responsibility for people in healthcare facilities.
