- ANDRITZ recherche un Responsable Commercial Pays pour la Division POMPES (EPU), basé en France. Le Responsable Commercial Pays est responsable de la gestion de l'activité pompes pour l'ensemble des produits et industries ANDRITZ en France, avec pour objectif principal d'atteindre une croissance rentable. De plus, il/elle apportera son soutien dans les pays francophones, notamment au Maroc et en Tunisie. Le poste sera basé à Paris ou à Châteauroux, en France.

Principales responsabilités:

- Piloter les activités commerciales et promotionnelles de la division POMPES (EPU), en mettant l’accent sur les entrepreneurs EPC et la gestion des distributeurs dans divers secteurs et segments (p. ex. : pâtes et papiers, énergie (hydroélectricité, énergie thermique), eau, industrie générale). - Mettre en œuvre des stratégies à court et moyen terme pour atteindre les objectifs de vente et assurer une croissance rentable. - Identifier les projets en amont et comprendre les besoins des clients afin de développer des solutions efficaces. - Coordonner la préparation des offres et des contrats avec les équipes internes et diriger/participer aux négociations contractuelles. - Développer et gérer un réseau de vente performant tout en garantissant le respect des processus et politiques de vente de l’entreprise. - Réaliser des prévisions de ventes et soutenir la planification annuelle et à moyen terme. - Soutenir et participer à des salons et autres événements. Zones d’intervention : Principalement en France, avec un soutien supplémentaire dans les pays francophones tels que le Maroc et la Tunisie.
