For our “**Product Management and After Sales”** department within our Paper, Fiber and Recycling Division we are searching for an **After Sales Manager** (M/F/d):
**Your tasks**:

- Your main target would be the Expansion of the After Sales Recycling area with high focus on sales and customer contact (Main responsible for defined Market as UK, France or Spain)
- Processing, calculation and preparation of technical service and spare parts offers as well as negotiations
- Customer care
- Development of sales strategies and innovative service business models to further increase market share in the selected markets
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and customer loyalty

**Your profile**:

- Technical education or technical study; commercial knowledge
- Several years of experience in after sales in mechanical and plant engineering (recycling and environmental technology; ideally shredding technology)
- Technical understanding, Sales oriented
- High level of commitment, teamwork and creativity as well as pronounced communication skills
- Customer, sales and service-oriented personality
- service sales with travel activity
- Very good knowledge of English - Further language knowledge of advantage
- Experience with modern communication media and MS-Office as well as CRM / ERP systems (ideally SAP) desirable

**OUR OFFER**:
In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 3.542,60 for this position.

Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
