**Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:
The **Regional Sales Manager DACH - Processed Meat & Beverages** leads and builds up the regional sales organization in the assigned sales region of Constantia.
He / she is responsible for achieving the agreed sales and margin targets of the product portfolio assigned in their respective region (incl. agents where applicable).
The Regional Sales Manager as well significantly contributes to the development and implementation of the market strategy - agreed in the business segment and the divisions. Among the daily tasks and responsibilities are:
- Achieving the related regional budget in terms of net sales and contribution margin - serving all business segment needs in that region.
- Implementing the sales strategy agreed between the business segment and the divisions considering all relevant regional aspects to it.
- Leading the regional organization in the assigned sales region of Cflex including all (K)Account Managers and/or Area Sales managers related to this sales region.
- Managing and optimizing those resources incl. related cost and processes according to the agreed budgets.
- Supporting all sales forecasting & budgeting processes towards plants and segments in the region.
- Contributing to the development of future sales talents and resources following agreed HR planning.
- Coordinating price/offers, supporting tenders, RFQ and contract negotiations including agreed terms & conditions with the PSM.
- Identifying and capturing regional sales opportunities (sales pipeline management) customers, and product growth opportunities;
- Analyzing the market to understand trends and competition.
**Ihr Profil**:
**Technical Attributes**:
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of sales experience in the packaging industry (flexible packaging preferred)
- Direct B2B sales experience as well as a strong network within the Meat, Pet Food or Coffee market
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work cross-functionally to drive
business solutions.
- Strong Computer and organizations skills
- Innovative with strong project management skills
- Ability to learn new products and technologies
- Strong negotiation skills
