**TAKKT Group **is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as **Sustainability Manager** to shape the future of work

**Tasks**:

- Supports the strategy development and deployment with respect to sustainability throughout the group
- Act as a business partner to our businesses through guidance and support and drive change by developing and implementing sustainability projects aimed to create business impact
- Develop, implement and review sustainable organizational policies or practices
- Own the Supply Chain Act project (jointly with Operations and Legal) and oversees the project management
- Is an expert in enkelfähig rating and leads the implementation and further-development of this
- Understands key challenges of divisions and business units
- Serves as Human Rights Officer

**Profile**:

- 3-5 years professional experience in consulting and/or strategy department / sustainability department
- Strong strategic and analytical mind
- Strong consulting attitude and communication skills
- Diligent and calm character
- Challenge existing ways
- Influencer
- Team player
