**YOUR TALENT**:

- 2-4 years working experience in a comparable position in an international work environment in the fashion, consumer goods or retail industry or in management consulting
- Experience in planning and executing software projects including business transformation and change management, ideally experience in SAP implementation projects
- High proficiency in software-related project management skills (classical project methodology and agile methodology such as Scrum)
- Excellent analytical and English skills
- A hands-on and service mindset that drives to perform
- A team player with strong interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills to effectively operate in cross-functional & cross-cultural environments
- Embracing international exposure and willingness to travel

**YOUR MISSION**:

- Take an influential and leading role in delivering the very ambitious PUMA ERP and digital solutions roadmap
- Plan our so-called Easy Business Platform program (with S/4 HANA for fashion and vertical business at its core) addressing its scope, timeline and budget constraints and deliver it within these dimensions while addressing all program-related risks
- Help to develop our regional template solution
- Build business cases and help defining KPIs to ensure fact-based program steering
- Ensure alignment of the program within the overall roadmap
- Coordinate cross-functional, internationally operating Rollout project teams
- Communicate to all internal and external key stakeholders
- Manage and help to govern the defined program towards target organizations addressing potential change and ensuring the success and sustainability of the country Rollout projects
