Was Sie bei uns erwartet
- Managen von komplexen Programmen im Bereich Aviation mit Verantwortung für Budget, Zeitplan und Qualität des Produkts.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Projektzeitplänen.
- Erstellung Projektdokumentationen intern, extern und für den Austausch mit den Luftfahrtbehörden.
- Fachliche Leitung des Projektteams.
- Aufbereitung der Entwicklungsergebnisse zur Vorstellung bei Kunden und firmeninternen Reviews.
- Abklärung technischer Details mit Kunden und Lieferanten.
- Direkter Ansprechpartner für den Kunden („Face to the customer“) für die betreuten Projekte / Programme.
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Audits

Was Sie mitbringen sollten
- Abgeschlossenes Studium technisch oder Wirtschaftsingenieur (FH, Uni) mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Kunststoff
- oder Luftfahrttechnik.
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Faserverbund, Kunststofftechnik und Luftfahrttechnik
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse inkl. MS Project
- Englischkenntnisse verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
- Grundkenntnisse CAD von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten
- Kenntnisse im Bereich EN 9100, EASA Part 21G, EASA Part 21J und Zertifizierungen gemäß CS23,25 und 27
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit guter Fähigkeit zum planen, organisieren und priorisieren.
- Zielorientiert mit hoher Lernbereitschaft sowie einer raschen Auffassungsgabe und guter Fähigkeit zur Arbeit in interkulturellen Gruppen.

Eine leistungsgerechte Vergütung auf Basis Vollzeit von ca. € 50.000;
