Senior Project Leader Integrated Sensors

Time-to-market and an outstanding development process are what set us apart from our competitors. As Senior Project Leader for Sense and Control, you will directly influence both of these aspects. You will be responsible for preparing and tracking the scheduling and cost planning of medium size product, technology and package development projects for magnetic sensors and for assuring its progress and success.

In your new role you will:

- **Manage medium size product development projects / sub projects **with strong connection to Frontend technologies and Backend processes
- Be fully **responsible for all operational decisions **in the project and for the successful achievement of all project targets (time, quality, cost and budget)
- **Manage **and **control **the **entire project life-cycle **as main contact person for all questions regarding the project.
- **Organize **the **activities **and **resources **needed for the project to ensure timely release of each milestone.
- Conduct a **forward-looking risk management **In close cooperation with your stakeholders you identify possible mitigation measures and/or backup scenarios.
- Continuously **focus on project quality, assess progress **and **ensure **that **goals are met **even in the face of challenges

Project Management

You are an engineer preferably familiar with the semiconductor environment. You are interested in the latest technologies and possess the ability to think and work cooperatively. You have a positive mindset and you can motivate people. Good negotiation and communication skills help you to successfully drive projects and to come to quick decisions.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- An **FH **or **university degree **in **Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics **or equivalent
- At least **4 years of practical work experience **in semiconductor design or product engineering
- First **experience in project management **(initiation, planning and closing)
- **Knowledge of Frontend technologies **and **Backend processes **as a plus
- Solid **MS Office **and **MS Project skills**:

- Excellent **English **skills, German as a plus
