Internship: Project Management Office Support

In your new role you will:
Maintain **project data**for **project management organization**and administration, which means: keeping data quality up to date.

Examples:

- Set up **project ground structure**in different tools
- Keep **project documentation**up to date
- **Project milestone tracking**:

- Preparation of **documentation**for the **Project Release Board**:

- Responsibility for **administrative support**, e.g. for sharefiles, i-shares access etc.
- Maintenance of **confluence pages**:

- Preparation of **project meetings**:

- Support for **Resource-Pipeline-Planning**:

- Testing new **software tools**

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 12 months

**Your Profile**
You successfully meet the requirements, if you are a motivated and committed student from the field of **Informatic, Business Administration, Innovation Management**or similar. You are best equipped for this task if you additionally offer:

- Strong **IT skills**with strong **AI affinities**(web-part design, programming, MS office, Confluence)
- Strong affinities to **data documentation**:

- Strong and **communicative team player**:

- **Natural problem solving attitude**:

- Excellent **German**Skills, English as a plus
- Motivation letter

- Certificate of matriculation at a university
- Latest Transcript of records (not older than 6 months)
