Internship: Project Management Office

We are looking for dedicated Bachelor students to support our
**Project Managers **and other
**stakeholders **in reporting consolidated, visualized data.

**What you will do**

Project Office Team Work:

- Share knowledge and skills along our different sites
- Participate in cross-site meetings
- Define, roll-out and maintain project controlling process for all projects on the managing site

Consolidate and visualize data and report to PJMs and other stakeholders:

- Project data
- Tracking of KPIs
- Financial Forecast
- Knowledge database
- Develop and improve internal knowledge sharing (Sharepoint, Confluence) to ensure an easy access to relevant information for all stakeholder

**Type of employment**:Temporary / Part-time (~ 20h/week; flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)

**Duration**:Min. 12 months

You successfully meet the requirements if you are an ambitious and committed Bachelor
**student **(University or FH / Fachhochschule) from the fields of
**Economics **,
**Electrical Engineering **,
**Industrial Engineering Physics **or similar
**technical studies **.

**Who you are**

A technical hero in the making with:

- Solid **MS Office Suite **skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project)
- Experience in MS Project, MS SharePoint
- A basic understanding of project management in R&D (big plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with various interfaces
- Solid English skills and preferably also good German communication and writing skills due to working in multicultural teams
