Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Flex Althofen, Austria.

Reporting to Business Applications Director, the Business Systems Analyst's role involves support for our ERP system BAAN V and Infor LN, supporting users in Europe, Americas and Asia for all functional related ERP questions with focus on Finance area.

The Global Flex ERP Finance Support Team in Althofen is looking for a motivated team member with experience and/or education in the financial area as well as with an ERP system, preferably BAAN or SAP. In this regard, we are offering an interesting, challenging opportunity in an international environment.

What a typical day looks like:

- Provide day-to-day ERP user support
- Act as interface between key users and the global development teams
- Analyze and identify program bugs
- Define and test new ERP functionalities
- Investigate and solve issues by analyzing and correcting data
- Analyze business requirements and gaps not met by the existing systems and identify feasible solutions
- Create documentation (such as specifications, analysis)
- Share your expertise by providing training sessions for our users
- Project support remote and on-site

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- University degree in Business Economics or Business Administration (FH, University
- Analytical mindset and affinity to IT
- Microsoft Office and SQL
- Programming and Database skills are nice and helpful
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Understanding of accounting flows and finance related business processes is an advantage
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Team player with a customer-oriented mindset and the ability to prioritize in stressful situations
- Fluent German and English communication (in writing, speaking, and reading)
