Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Flex Althofen, Austria.

Reporting to Business Applications Director, the Business Systems Analyst's role involves support for Baan V and our next generation ERP system INFOR LN.

We are looking for our Global ERP Logistics Support Team in Althofen for a team member with experience/education with an ERP system, preferably BAAN, InforLn or a similar one. As part of a global team, you are supporting our business in 100+ locations around the globe.

What a typical day looks like:

- Provide day-to-day ERP user support
- Act as interface between key users and the global development teams
- Analyze and identify program bugs in BAAN V/Infor LN
- Define and test new ERP functionalities
- Analyze business processes and find ways to improve it
- Supporting our ERP data health strategy
- Project support remote and on-site

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Advanced commercial/technical education (HTL, FH, BSc, MSc)
- Process understanding for one or more of the following areas: planning, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, sales, distribution
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Team player with a customer-oriented mindset
- Good German and English communication in writing, reading, and speaking
- Analytical mindset and affinity to IT
- Microsoft Office and SQL
- Programming and Database skills are nice and helpful
