Stellenbeschreibung

Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) Demand Planning unterstützen Sie unseren zentraleuropäischen Cluster (Österreich, BeNeLux, Schweiz) in der Supply
- und Demandplanung mit einem zeitlichen Umfang von 16 Wochenarbeitsstunden (bei flexibler Zeiteinteilung in Abstimmung mit dem Team). Aufgrund der Dauer des Vertrags (2 Jahre) werden Sie vom ersten Tag an Einfluss auf unser Geschäft haben. Sie arbeiten mit den Kollegen im Demand-Planning, um aussagekräftige Forecasts zu erstellen und operative Prozesse zu steuern.

Dies ist eine einmalige Gelegenheit mit einem breiten Spektrum an Zuständigkeiten in verschiedenen Ländern.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Unterstützung der Demand Planner im Monthly Business Planning Process
- Abstimmung der monatlichen Forecast Zahlen mit Marketing und Vertrieb
- Monatliches Überwachen und Reporten von Supply Chain KPI’s (Demand Planning Accuracy, Inventory Level, Out Of Stock)
- Inventory Management
- ABC- und Safety stocks Analysen
- Unterstützung bei der Kommunikation mit den Werken in monatlichen Supply&Operations Calls
- Intercompany Business: Abstimmung und Warenaustausch mit anderen Ländern
- Logistikdienstleister-Management: Unterstützung bei der Durchsteuerung von Marketingaktionen und Sales Aktivitäten bei Dienstleistern vor dem Hintergrund der Kapazitäts
- und Auslastungsplanung

Anforderungen
- Eingeschriebener Studierender (m/w/d) in einem wirtschaftsbezogenen Studiengang (Master oder fortgeschrittener Bachelor)
- Interesse an Logistik und Supply-Chain Themen
- Genaue und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Spaß an der Arbeit in internationalen Teams
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
