Erste Asset Management is responsible for all asset management activities of Erste Group amounting to more than € 60 billion AuM. More than 300 employees develop and manage investment solutions for our investors across 7 different countries.
Erste Digital develops and maintains all relevant IT-solutions for Erste Asset Management, e.g. SimCorp Dimension, Oracle DB/DWH and customer-facing web services.
The initiatives of the joint teams have a strong focus on providing the required asset management data for business units to ensure regulatory & client reporting, to support investment decisions and to execute mid
- and backoffice processes.

**Your tasks will be to**:

- Determine project scope and objectives and distill them into a project charter
- Create and execute complex project plans according to the project charter
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress and perform regular reporting to applicable stakeholders
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Secure resources from all involved stakeholders and coordinate the resources teams allocated per project

**You will impress us by**:

- Several years in project / program / portfolio management, with strong project management experience in complex IT projects implementation, desirable within banking industry
- Expertise in agile principles (SCRUM, KANBAN), while successfully managing international integration projects
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle, and experience working with Jira and Confluence
- Relevant experience in working and communicating at a strategic level with key stakeholders in order to build successful relationships
- Expressing your values and opinions and articulating them fluently in English and German
