**Our business**

**Your role**:

- You will lead and be accountable for the successful setup and execution of cross-functional and highly complex international business projects as well as major business transformation programs with executive and senior management attention in scope, time, budget and quality for the business divisions of Refining, Marketing & Trading and Chemicals & Materials
- You will lead international project teams including external partners and manage project communication, decision processes, project deviations and risks pro-actively
- You will consult Business Units on all elements of a successful business and operating model
- You will develop and turn strategic topics and ideas into concrete initiatives and projects and contribute to implement business strategy into operations
- You will lead the identification and realization of key strategic business initiatives
- In this position you will continuously strive for excellence by identifying and implementing innovative improvement ideas throughout all Business Units and supporting Corporate Functions
- You will sustainably manage change and transformation and realize continuous improvement
- You will closely collaborate with Business Units as well as efficiently manage crucial interfaces to Finance and supporting Corporate Functions
- You will develop competences and best-practice toolkits to succeed in major change initiatives

**Your profile**:

- You have a university degree Master/Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Consultancy, Project Management or a similar technical discipline with at least 9 years of professional experience and thereof at least 5 years of experience in leading international project teams
- You have a proven track record in the fields of transformation, change management, business development, business and operating model design and implementation
- You have profound experience and know-how in project management methods (ideally certification as Senior Project Manager) incl. know-how on agile methods such as SCRUM and design thinking
- You have a comprehensive understanding of value chain and value drivers of OMV's Refining & Marketing and Chemicals & Marketing business
- You have experience with situational leadership with regards to different target groups (incl. senior management)
- You have a solid knowledge of business transformation, innovation and digitalization developments and a detailed understanding of the various dimensions of different operating models (operational strategy, governance, process, technology, organizational design, performance management)
- You have a solid understanding of data analysis, data-driven decision making and superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities to achieve outstanding results by finding new and practicable solutions
- You have outstanding communication, moderation and presentation skills (incl. capability to report to senior management)
- You have the ability to deliver highly complex, international and cross-business projects and transformations in scope, time, budget and quality as well as to manage interfaces and stakeholders on senior management level
- You have proven IT user skills (MS Office, etc.) and are fluent in English
