**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Contributing to the successful setup and execution of cross-functional and highly complex business projects as well as major business transformation programs in light of the OMV Strategy 2030
- Leading international project teams and manage scope, timelines, communication measures, decision processes and risks pro-actively
- You will ensure to turn strategic priorities into concrete projects and contribute to implement strategy into operations
- Continuously striving for excellence by identifying and implementing innovative improvement ideas throughout all Business Divisions and Corporate Functions
- Consulting different Business areas on all elements of a successful project delivery
- You will sustainably manage change and transformation and realize continuous improvement
- Close collaboration with Business areas as well as efficiently manage crucial interfaces to Corporate Functions
- Developing competences and best-practice toolkits to succeed in major change initiatives

**Your profile**:

- University degree Master/Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Consultancy, Project Management or a similar technical discipline with at least 5 years of professional experience
- You have experience in working in (international) project teams and experience in leading smaller projects or workpackages independently
- Proven experience and know-how in project management methods incl. know-how on agile methods
- Know-how in the field of transformation management, strategy development/ implementation, change management, business development or business and operating model design
- Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities to achieve outstanding results by finding new and practicable solutions
- Strong communication, moderation and presentation skills (incl. capability to report to senior management)
- Ability to deliver highly complex, international and cross-business projects and transformations in scope, time, budget and quality
- Very good IT user skills (MS Office, etc.) and fluency in English
