**We are looking to hire a Group Expert, Dry End, to ME & Growth Projects in Borstar & Borceed Process Technology Group. (M/F/d)**

Borstar & Borceed Process Technology is mainly dealing with Borstar PE, Borstar PP and Borceed technologies. We carry out process engineering in Process Design Packages, studies & investment projects, own technology development, plant trouble shooting and providing technical expertise to above mentioned technologies. We work actively together with Innotech and PO TD&E in Borealis and with Borouge’s and other possible joint ventures’ project & operations communities. We maintain good relations to major equipment suppliers and engineering contractors.

**Role purpose**
- Participate as expert to studies, investment & development projects and provide support to Borealis & JV plants
- Lead and participate in technical licensing offers, studies & development projects, and provide programme management support for Asset Technology initatives
- Contribute to strategic planning in own area of expertise with focus on improving proprietary technologies

**Contribution**
- To provide process engineering and technology expertise support in Borstar and Borceed technology areas to Borealis, Borouge and possible other JV projects and production units
- Work together with external engineering & contracting companies and consultants on studies and projects
- To provide the required licensor process support in all phases of licensee projects: FEED, EPC and start-up
- To participate in developing and maintaining our own technology Process Design Packages (PDPs) and ensure that they are developed with robust and high quality process design
- Act as a technical expert in your field
- Promote innovative thinking and strive for “fit for purpose” solutions that delivers business value
- Contribute to improved HSE performance

**About you**:

- Master of Science in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other relevant field
- Min. 5/10 senior process engineer/expert years of relevant experience in Dry End process engineering and/or process development in polyolefins
- Good process understanding of the major Dry End components: conveying system, feeders, extruder, silos and blenders
- Good understanding of competing process technologies offered on the market
- Good understanding of the plant engineering and construction process
- Project management skills
- Strong knowledge in process engineering design calculations is an advantage
- Understanding of licensing and IPR issues
- Knowledge of major equipment vendors in this field
- Fluent in verbal and written English

**Other information**
- Willingness to travel on a global basis is a requirement for this position
- The role holder will report to Dry-End Team Leader, Borstar & Borceed Process Technology Group
