- Training or experience in Business administration and project management
- High level of German
- At least 1 year experience in project management
- Independent user of Excel
- Knowledge of SAP will be a strong plus

**About the job**

The tasks you will be performing:

- Ensure the successful adoption, implementation and evolution of RHIM’s Projects framework and change management methodology across the project management community and wider organization to improve future projects planning and execution
- Serve as process expert through the definition and continuous improvement of RHI Magnesita’s project management and change management processes, methodologies, cycles and tools. Identifying opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work.
- Enforce Project Governance through:

- Proactively monitoring and presenting the progress of RHIM’s Projects using our SAP Project Portfolio Management tool (SAP PPM)
- Contributing to proper project planning by performing Quality Assurance for the Investment Board
- Definition of KPIs and cadences for progression of project work across RHIM’s portfolio
- Drive the integration and implementation of elements of the agile working mode and facilitate agile adoption in the Project Framework of RHIM
- Set strategies and implement plans to increase project framework adoption by project managers, managing impacts and minimizing resistance.
- Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications to spread RHI Magnesita’s Projects framework and its change management methodology
- Work with various business leaders and teams to design and update change management strategies, identifying suitable mechanisms to access and advise on business readiness for changes to better manage delivery and risks associated with changes
- Drive training efforts by creating clear training programs and onboarding strategies adapted to different stakeholder groups to disseminate RHI Magnesita’s project framework and change management methodology
- Re-establish and bolster the Project management community across RHI Magnesita, creating a more direct link to the wider project portfolio and offering
- Consult and coach Project Managers and Project Teams to ensure RHIM’s project guideline is lived and change management activities are integrated into their project plans
- Work as sparring partner to the wider Global Project Group for the setup and delivery of projects across the organization
- Assist departments across the organization in including change management strategies into their overall plans
- Support the execution of the global projects portfolio by coordinating and conducting the peer-to-peer project cycle reviews: coordinating the formal capture, analysis and remedial action of project-related improvement opportunities found and supporting the implementation of derived recommendations
- Support the wider project management community in the design, preparation, and facilitation of project workshops (kick-offs, assessments, workstream, etc.)
