**YOUR TASKS**
- Track the progress of transformation project measures
- Monitor the project portfolio regarding progress of implementation and saving effects and ensure alignment with corporate strategy
- Identify transformation initiatives and assess their financial effects
- Be a sparring partner for project managers and measure owners by challenging the status quo and consulting on possible improvements
- Reporting and presentation of measures and program status
- Take over responsibility for transformation initiatives or projects

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Education with focus in business administration, industrial engineering or similar
- 5 years professional experience
- Excellent business know-how and sound understanding of P+L and balance sheets
- Pronounced analytical skills
- Business fluent in English
- Communication skills for conveying complex information clearly and effectively
- Ready to dive into technical topics and understand them hands-on
- Project management experience and experience in manufacturing environment is an advantage
- Strong proficience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, SAP or other ERP-software is an advantage

- We are required by law to state the minimum salary for this position. According to our collective agreement, this is Euro 3.251,09 (full-time basis). The actual salary depends on your qualifications and previous experience and will be agreed in a personal interview
