CeMM, das Forschungszentrum für Molekulare Medizin der ÖAW ist eine internationale Forschungseinrichtung in der Spitzenforschung betrieben wird, mit dem Ziel, eine vorbeugende und patientengerechtere Medizin zu gestalten. Angesiedelt in einem modernen Forschungsgebäude mitten am Campus der Medizinischen Universität Wien und des Allgemeinen Krankenhauses forscht das CeMM an Krebs, Entzündungskrankheiten und immunologischen Erkrankungen. Die internationale Ausrichtung des Instituts und die damit verbundene kulturelle Vielfalt sind ein wichtiger Bestandteil des Forschungserfolgs.Als biomedizinische Forschungs

Project Controller (M/F/d)
Vollzeit, 40Std/ Woche
Als Project Controller sind Sie Hauptansprechpartner für externe Förderorganisationen und unterstützen unseren Wissenschaftler*innen beim Reporting an die Förderorganisationen, um die korrekte Durchführung gemäß den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen sicherzustellen.
Ihre Aufgaben in dieser Position
- Laufendes Projektcontrolling der Forschungsprojekte
- Mitarbeit im Planungs
- und Budgetierungsprozess & Teilnahme an Projektaudits
- Erstellung von Reports und Ad-hoc-Auswertungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und mit internen und externen Partnern
- Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von internen Finanz
- und Digitalisierungsprozessen
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, Uni, FH)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, Fördermittelmanagement oder in der Buchhaltung
- Erfahrungen in einem internationalen, akademischen oder forschungsnahen Umfeld von Vorteil
- Hohe IT-Affinität: Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse und versierter Umgang mit Excel
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse (Firmensprache ist Englisch)
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Diskretion
- Interesse für Wissenschaft und Medizin
