**Controller | Finance Projects (m/w/d)**

**Aufgaben**:
**Die Position**

In dieser eigenverantwortlich ausgelegten Funktion sind Sie die rechte Hand der kaufmännischen Leitung und beschäftigen sich neben laufenden Controlling Agenden wie z.B. Erstellung von Soll-Ist Vergleichen und Mitwirkung bei der Budgeterstellung mit der Weiterentwicklung des Kennzahlensystems, Cash Flow Analysen sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen. Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie die Buchhaltung bei der Erstellung von Monats
- und Jahresabschlüssen.

Abgerundet wird Ihr Aufgabengebiet mit dem Projektmanagement von bereichsinternen und bereichsübergreifenden Projekten.

Neben der laufenden Projektbetreuung wird auch die Prozessverbesserung im Finanzbereich und der Schnittstellen zum Finanzbereich ein besonderer Schwerpunkt sein.

**Anforderungsprofil**:
**Ihre Qualifikation**
Sie konnten bereits erste Erfahrungen in einer ähnlichen Position, idealerweise in einem Handelsunternehmen, sammeln und verfügen über eine fundierte, abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (idealerweise Studium oder FH), sowie Erfahrung im Controlling und im Handel.

Umfassende Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen, im Projekt
- und Prozessmanagement sowie ausgezeichnete Excel Anwenderkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

Persönlich überzeugen Sie uns mit einer zuverlässigen und präzisen Arbeitsweise sowie einem hohen Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamgeist.

Es erwartet Sie eine langfristige und herausfordernde Tätigkeit mit breitem Aufgabenspektrum und Gestaltungsspielraum.
