We are currently looking for a Controller Business Finance (M/F/d) to join our team.

In this versatile position you are responsible for oversight of controlling activities related to Polyolefins Business Group. We offer you the chance to be an active part of projects and to contribute to our financial processes. You will support different stakeholders within the organisation to provide a solid base for decision making.

**Your main areas of responsibility include amongst others**:

- Lead day-to-day finance activities to support effective decision making processes in terms of target setting, budgeting and controlling
- Review, track and analyse the performance of the Business Group
- Assess decision implications on P&L, balance sheet and cash flow and provide support to optimise
- Execute and own standardised financial processes and reports
- Develop evaluations, business cases and decision proposals to management
- Provide business support to senior stakeholder
- Participate in improvement projects in finance and business

**About you**:

- A master’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics and 4 + years of relevant experience
- Solid knowledge in performance management and controlling, forecasting, planning as well as business modelling
- Solid statistical expertise and applied advanced analytics knowledge
- Advanced data analytics, data modelling, transformation and data visualization capabilities in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP as well as advanced knowledge of Business Warehouse, DAX, SAC, Power BI or Microstrategy is an advantage
- Structured and precise work style
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Open and communicative person, who enjoys working in a team and approaches new challenges in a pro-active way

**About Borealis and our offer**:
We offer a competitive compensation based on the collective labour agreement, reflecting your competencies and experience, starting at EUR 64.000 annual gross salary and are willing to pay more based on your experience and background. In addition, we offer a Hybrid working model, annual bonus and a voluntary company pension plan.

The selection process will contain of multiple interviews with assessment elements and various relevant stakeholders.
